This includes:

• Administration and case setup
• Initial risk assessment 
• Reviewing documentation
• Allocation of a suitable Contact Supervisor

This fee is payable prior to the assessment appointment.

£70 per hour

Safe, structured, and nurturing sessions designed to support positive family time.

Includes:

• A trained Contact Supervisor present throughout
• Safety monitoring and guidance 
• Centre-based or community-based options
• Detailed session reports available on request
   

Additional Contact Supervisors: £30 per hour (each)
(Required for larger sibling groups or higher-risk cases.)

£55 per hour

Gentle, lightly monitored sessions to help families build confidence and independence.

Includes:

• A trained Contact Supervisor available for support 
• Centre-based or community-based sessions
• Suitable where risks are lower or families are progressing

Additional Contact Supervisors: £25 per hour (each).

From £30 per handover

A safe, neutral and child-focused handover service.

Includes:

• A trained Contact Supervisor managing the handover
• Calm and respectful transitions
• Centre-based or community-based options 

Mileage may apply for community handovers (charged at £0.45 per mile).

Supporting positive connection when face-to-face contact is not possible.

£60 per call
A trained Contact Supervisor is present throughout.
All calls are recorded.

£45 per call
A Contact Supervisor is available on the call to observe and assist if required.
All calls are recorded.

If families require a trained third party to monitor communication or intervene where appropriate, we can provide this for a monthly fee agreed based on case requirements.

Where community-based services require travel:

• Mileage: £0.45 per mile
• Public Transport/Parking: Charged at cost

All travel costs are discussed in advance.

If required by solicitors, Cafcass, or Local Authorities:

• Session Summary: £25 each
• Monthly Progress Report: £60 
• Comprehensive Report: £100+ (case dependent)
   

All reports are factual, objective, and professionally written.

• Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
• Sessions may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be chargeable
• Weekly or monthly invoicing available for long-term cases
